Gabriel Varro appeals the order granting summary judgment in favor of Federated Mutual Insurance Company (Federated). The issue before the trial court was whether Varro was entitled to receive uninsured motorist (UM) coverage as a passenger in an automobile insured under a business automobile insurance policy.
