These appeals arise from the convictions of Appellants Jaja Zambrowski Davis, Morris Ramsey and Ossie O. McCauley, III, for various offenses. Davis was convicted of conspiring to distribute cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 846, and distributing cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
