¶ 1 This is an appeal nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following Appellant's conviction by a jury of causing and risking a catastrophe.1 Herein, Appellant contends that the trial court erred in excluding psychiatric expert testimony on the "Battered Woman Syndrome" and the defense of duress.
