KIRSCH, Judge.

Robert Goodrich appeals the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment on his negligence claim against American Electric Power ("AEP") and the jury's verdict in favor of AEP, raising the following issues for review:

I. Whether the trial court erred in ruling as a matter of law that AEP did not owe a duty to the general public to insulate its power lines that were twenty-three feet above the ground and ran over an abandoned...
