Lucabaugh, Jr., (Condemnee), representing himself before this Court, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County denying his "Post-trial Motion for New Trial," through which he sought to challenge a molded verdict awarded in his favor, and against the condemnor, Redevelopment Authority of the City of Reading (Authority), in the amount of $49,000.00.
