In this slip-and-fall case, Judi Tomlin filed a negligence complaint against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., regarding the presence of a strapping band in the aisle of a Wal-Mart store at Camp Robinson. The case proceeded to trial, and the jury returned a verdict against Wal-Mart in the amount of $51,500.
