¶ 1. Rodney Norwood was convicted of aggravated assault in the Jefferson Davis County Circuit Court. Norwood was sentenced to a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with fifteen years to serve and the remaining five years conditionally suspended and five years of post-release supervision.
