Mr. Quentin Hurlich pled guilty to a charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). He was originally sentenced, inter alia, to the statutory maximum term of 120 months imprisonment. He appealed his sentence, and we reversed and remanded for resentencing. United States v. Hurlich, 293 F.3d 1223 (10th Cir.2002).1...
