Appellant-defendant DeHayes Group (DeHayes) appeals the trial court's denial of its summary judgment motion in a negligence action by appellee-plaintiff Pretzels, Inc. (Pretzels) and appellees-defendants Shambaugh & Sons, Inc. (Shambaugh) and Simerman Construction Company, Inc. (Simerman).
