¶ 1. The defendants were found guilty of criminal contempt in an ongoing chancery suit. They were ordered to pay $3,600 in actual damages, the plaintiffs' reasonable attorney's fees, and $30,000 as a penalty, all payable to the plaintiffs. Undecided was an underlying contract dispute. This is an appeal solely from the award of attorney's fees and the sanctions for contempt. We find that this interlocutory appeal was never perfected...
