¶ 1. The defendants were found guilty of criminal contempt in an ongoing chancery suit. They were ordered to pay $3,600 in actual damages, the plaintiffs' reasonable attorney's fees, and $30,000 as a penalty, all payable to the plaintiffs. Undecided was an underlying contract dispute.
