¶ 1 Consolidated Rail Corporation (Appellant) appeals from a discovery order in Samuel H. Barley's (Appellee) personal injury action against Appellant. The order directs Appellant to produce for deposition two of its former legal counsel, and also deems admitted one of Appellee's Request for Admissions.
