This is an appeal involving the denial of a suppression motion. After defendant/appellant Willie Earl Flowers' suppression motion was denied, Flowers entered a conditional plea of guilty to a charge of possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction. A sentencing issue is raised as to whether the district court correctly concluded that he was in the category of armed career criminals, subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of fifteen...
