This employment discrimination action stems from a reduction in force (RIF) in which Appellant terminated several employees including Appellee. As of May 25, 2000, Appellant ACS employed fifteen skill-level-sixteen computer operators at Fort Sill Army Base in Lawton, Oklahoma, pursuant to a contract with the United States.
