PER CURIAM.

Granting summary judgment, the Superior Court dismissed claims of slander and interference with contract against a day-care center for low-income families and certain of its employees. It did so because it determined that the plaintiff, Geraldine Mills, M.D. (plaintiff or Dr. Mills), failed to submit sufficient evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact for a jury to decide whether she was entitled to recover damages.
