Through the 1980s and 1990s, Greater Ministries International, Inc., operated out of Tampa, Florida, a vast Ponzi scheme alternatively called the "Double-Your-Blessings" program, the "Greater Trust Gift Exchange" and the "Faith Promise Plan," bilking more than 15,000 investors of an estimated $500 million.
