Allen Lee ("Lee") appeals the trial court's grant of the defendant's, Ken Burnham Chevrolet/Oldsmobile ("Burnham"), exception of res judicata concerning his claim of retaliatory discharge. For the reasons following, we reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
