This appeal arises from a trial court judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Dana Desselle, and against the defendants, Michael Lafleur and the Town of Cottonport. The matter is now before us on a motion to dismiss the defendants' appeal. For the following reasons, we deny the motion to dismiss.
