This criminal case concerns the admissibility of expert testimony with regard to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) of a sexually abused victim. After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles. On appeal, his convictions were reversed and the case remanded to the trial court for a new trial.
