{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Michael A. Strohm ("Strohm") brings these appeals from the judgment of the Crawford County Municipal Court.

{¶ 2} On October 4, 2002, Strohm's vehicle went off the road, striking a tree, a gas pole, and a stop sign. No other vehicles were involved. Strohm was injured in the accident, but no other people were involved. Strohm then moved his vehicle out of the ditch and into the nearest driveway...
