Edward G. Robinson appeals from an adverse judgment in his lawsuit against National Autotech, Inc. d/b/a City Garage (Autotech), Jerry Skaggs, and John Schaefer. In two issues, Robinson contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to Autotech and abused its discretion in dismissing his lawsuit against Skaggs and Schaefer.
