MEMORANDUM ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUPPRESS

ROBINSON, District Judge.

Defendant Randall Terrell filed a motion to suppress any evidence derived from a stop and subsequent search of a minivan (Doc.28). Co-defendant Murnia Vereher joined in the motion to suppress (Doc. 27). Because the Government failed its burden of proving that the trooper had a reasonable articulable suspicion for the traffic stop, the Court grants the motion to suppress.
