Must non-client and third-party claimants file professional-negligence lawsuits against accountants within one of the periods provided for in the statute of limitations for accounting malpractice, G.L. 1956 § 9-1-14.1?1 We answer this question in the affirmative. We do not decide, however, exactly which non-clients and third parties can file such claims...
