¶ 1. David Chisolm was convicted after a jury trial of timber theft. On appeal, he alleges error by the lower court in admitting certain evidence, in allowing impeachment of a prosecution witness, and in failing to grant a circumstantial evidence jury instruction. Chisolm further challenges the weight and sufficiency of the evidence. We find no error and affirm.
