¶ 1 This case presents an issue of first impression in that it prompts our review of a trial court order denying a minor's request to be deemed sufficiently mature to give informed consent to an abortion under the Abortion Control Act, 18 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 3201-20 (the Act).
