[¶ 1] William E. McKechnie ("McKechnie") and Disciplinary Counsel filed objections to a hearing panel's report, which concluded McKechnie violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.3 because he failed to act diligently in filing a client's job termination grievance. The hearing panel recommended McKechnie be suspended from the practice of law for one year and pay costs and attorney's fees for the disciplinary action. We conclude there is clear and convincing...
