Defendant Department of Management and Budget (DMB) appeals as of right from the order of the Court of Claims entering a money judgment in favor of plaintiff Allstate Insurance Company and against the DMB in the amount of $43,099.97. The DMB contends that the Court of Claims erred in granting Allstate's motion for summary disposition, denying the DMB's motion for summary disposition, and ordering the DMB to reimburse Allstate for the personal protection...
