Brad Ott ("appellant") appeals the trial court judgment denying his request for public records pursuant to a petition for a writ of mandamus against Jacquelyn Brechtel Clarkson, in her official capacity as a New Orleans City Council Member ("appellee"). For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the ruling of the trial court.
