Glenn Allen Duncan ("Debtor") declared bankruptcy after transferring his fee interest in property he used for a home and office ("Property") to himself and to his wife so as to create a tenancy by the entirety.1 Debtor claimed a homestead exemption, and no objections to his claim were filed.
