The Circuit Court of Marshall County denied Barry and Renee Huey's motion for new trial which was based on an allegation of newly discovered evidence and denied C.E. and Darene Goode's joinder to the motion. The motions were filed after a jury found for the defendant, Synergy Corporation (Synergy), on a claim of property damage on behalf of the Goodes and a wrongful death claim on behalf of the Hueys.
