Defendant Siale Pahulu was found guilty by a jury of being a felon in possession of a firearm and associated ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Defendant filed a Motion for Judgment of Acquittal which was fully briefed, argued, and taken under advisement.
