Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant entered after the trial court granted defendant's motions to strike allegations from his complaint and for a directed verdict, which collectively disposed of plaintiff's two claims for race-based employment discrimination under 42 USC section 2000e-(2)(a) (2000).1 We review those rulings for errors of law.
