Defendant, Kenneth Dilosa, and his codefendant, Johnny Lee White, Jr., were indicted by a grand jury with one count of distribution of heroin each, a violation of La. R.S. 40:966 A(1). Defendant pled not guilty. Following a jury trial, defendant and White were found guilty as charged.
