This case arises out of a contractual dispute wherein the appellants, Richard and JoAnn Lorusso ("Lorusso"), sought to enforce their right to arbitration against Landrieu Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Landrieu Brothers Home Improvement ("Landrieu"). Lorusso appeals the trial court's dismissal of their Petition to Compel Arbitration and the vacating of an ex-parte order to compel arbitration
