The circuit court entered a final judgment awarding Crane Environmental attorneys' fees as a sanction for the discovery violations of the defendants, Edward Closuit, Myriam Murphy, and Andalite Industries.1 The defendants challenge this judgment on four grounds, but we find merit in only one.
