Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court's imposition of prejudgment interest, M.C.L. § 600.6013; no-fault penalty interest, M.C.L. § 500.3142; and attorney fees, M.C.L. § 500.3148. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
