PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant. We reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand the case to the trial court.

Plaintiff's complaint alleged three separate causes of action: common-law breach of contract, an action under the sales representative commissions act (SRCA), M.C.L. § 600.2961, and unjust enrichment.
