Martha Manion was convicted of mail and wire fraud for knowing participation in a fraudulent telemarketing scheme. She claims she was improperly convicted because the government was required to show that she devised the fraudulent scheme, or the court was required to instruct the jury on co-schemer or aiding and abetting liability.
