Charlie Junior Allen pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal trespass, violations of §§ 13A-7-2 and 13A-7-4, Ala.Code 1975. The district court judge, sitting in the circuit court, sentenced Allen to 90 days' hard labor and ordered him to pay a $100 fine, a $25 victims compensation assessment, and court costs for each count.
