Peggy Worley ("the Wife") appeals from the final judgment dissolving her marriage to Michael Brady Worley ("the Husband"). She argues that the trial court erred in finding that the prenuptial agreement entered into between the parties was valid, and that the terms of the agreement constituted a waiver of her right to seek alimony and equitable distribution of marital assets.
