Guy Guidry (Guidry) appeals a judgment dismissing his workers' compensation action against his employer, Clarence Brewer, d/b/a Brewer's Construction Company (Brewer). The Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) found that Guidry failed to establish a work-related accident.
