Betty Chunn appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Kathryn Whisenant, Don Morrow, Ernestine Morrow, and River Valley Properties, Inc., in Chunn's action seeking, among other things, an equitable lien on improvements she made to real estate as Whisenant's lessee. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
