¶ 1. David and Joan Vincent were granted a divorce by the Chancery Court of DeSoto County on February 24, 1997. The decree awarded both parents joint legal and physical custody of their three minor children. In November 1997, David and Joan agreed to alternate terms for child visitation, as permitted in the decree.
