LYONS, Justice.

The Birmingham Board of Education ("the Board") appeals from a permanent injunction entered by the Jefferson Circuit Court. We dismiss the appeal.

Dorothy Boyd is a school-bus driver for the Board. On August 13, 2002, the Board proposed to terminate Boyd's employment because she was no longer insurable on account of extensive traffic violations and minor accidents.
