Richard Winecoff and Sandy Winecoff sued Compass Bank. Compass Bank answered and counterclaimed. Compass Bank moved for a summary judgment on the Winecoffs' claims against it. The Winecoffs opposed that motion. On June 20, 2002, the trial court entered a summary judgment on the Winecoffs' claims.
