Samuel John Spies appeals his convictions for possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Spies claims there was insufficient evidence presented at his bench trial to sustain the delivery conviction. He also alleges he was denied effective assistance of counsel, because his attorney failed to ensure he adequately waived his right to a jury trial.
