A jury found appellant guilty of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fleeing in a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to forty years in prison for possession of methamphetamine, ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia, and six years in prison and a $10,000 fine for fleeing. The prison terms and fines were to run concurrently. He raises five points of appeal...
