¶ 1 In this appeal we must determine whether the trial court properly refused to suppress the results of two blood alcohol tests performed on Appellant at two different hospitals following a motor vehicle accident. We hold the trial court properly admitted into evidence at trial the results of Appellant's blood test from Allegheny General Hospital, because this blood draw was conducted for independent medical purposes and the police obtained...
