This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment awarding a shareholder in a closely-held corporation the sum of $9,350 as the value of his corporate stock. The award was based upon his rights as a shareholder who dissented to the sale of all of the corporation's assets other than in the usual and regular course of business. Because the plaintiff was not a shareholder at the time of the shareholders' meeting at which the sale was approved, we reverse...
