The following post-trial motions are before the Court: 1) Defendant's Motion for Judgment of Acquittal and for New Trial (docket 176); and 2) Defendant's pro se Motions (dockets 178,179, 194). The Motions are resisted. A hearing on the Motions was held September 11, 2003. Defendant was personally present at the hearing with counsel Anne Laverty.
