This action arose out of the termination of Plaintiff firefighter, Howard Paul Greenawalt, by Defendant Sun City West Fire District ("District"). Plaintiff filed a four count Complaint alleging violations of due process, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract, The Court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendant on February 10, 2000 that was reversed and the case remanded by the Ninth Circuit....
